Drop-in
Mondays 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Come hang out on Monday’s from 2:30–5:00PM, catch up on homework, enjoy a snack, play games, or just relax with friends.
kitchen party
Tuesdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Ready to level up your kitchen skills? Then join us for Kitchen Party! Each week you’ll get hands-on learning with games, special guests and of course delicious food that you can make yourself. Get ready because this Kitchen Party is one you won’t want to miss.
sewing skills
Wednesdays 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Join our fun 4-week Beginner Hand Sewing workshop! Learn the basics of hand sewing while creating fun projects like stuffed sock creatures, a decorated pillow, and a mini pouch!

Home alone course
Wednesdays 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
AGES 9-14*
This fun and interactive course teaches youth important safety, responsibility, and emergency skills to help them feel confident staying home on their own. Participants will also receive certification through the Canadian Safety Council upon completion of the course.

Explore your creativity at our weekly art program! Each week we’ll try a new hands-on craft, from painting and clay to paper crafts and more. It’s a chance to learn new skills, get creative, and make something you can be proud of.

gym NIGHT
Fridays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM @ ADHS
Get ready to move, play, and have fun! Join us in the ADHS gymnasium each week for a variety of exciting gym games, team challenges, and activities. It’s a great way to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy a fun-filled evening.
